Sweat, sand and sun

Arrive to the retreat at 2pm and step into your luxury escape in Hout Bay. Unpack, explore the villa, and meet your new crew with a smoothie in hand.

Go for a dip, showcase your padel skills or just take the time to soak in the surroundings during your free afternoon.

As golden hour rolls in, we’ll stretch it out with a guided recovery session, then gather for our first chef-prepared dinner as a team.

Monday

Welcome to Cape Town

We kick off the first full day with a sunrise sweat session on the beach, surrounded by the sound of the Atlantic. A colourful South African breakfast rich in local fruits and juices follows, before a recovery flow to reset.

After some time to spend as you please, we'll attack the afternoon with the second high energy workout of the day.

We'll round off the first full day in Cape Town with a guided breath work session and a chef prepared evening meal.

Tuesday

Time to Conquer Cape Town

After an early breakfast, we’ll set out to explore the best of the Mother City- starting at the iconic Table Mountain. From there, enjoy a boat cruise to Seal Island before winding your way along the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak Drive.

We’ll pause in Noordhoek Village for refreshments, then continue on to greet the famous penguins at Boulders Beach. Once we’ve enjoyed lunch in Simonstown, the day winds down beautifully with a wine-tasting experience in the scenic Constantia region.


Back at the villa, there'll be a sunset recovery session followed by a chef prepared evening meal.

Wednesday

Hike, ice and braai

Up and out before the sun rises, we begin our ascent of Lion’s Head. Tracing the winding trail around this iconic peak, with each turn revealing a new perspective. We’ll reach the summit just in time to watch Cape Town shift from darkness into dawn, a sunrise you won’t soon forget.

A nourishing breakfast awaits us back at the retreat, followed by a leisurely morning to rest and recharge at your own pace after the early start.

After lunch, it’s time to get the blood pumping with a high-energy sweat session, before easing into a guided yoga wind-down. Ice baths and the sauna complete the restorative afternoon, balancing effort with recovery.

The evening will come to a close with a traditional South African braai.

Thursday

Wine not?

We’ll work up a thirst with a sunrise sweat session before dressing up and trading dumbbells for wine glasses as we set off for a full day on the Franschhoek Wine Tram.

Gliding through the famed Franschhoek Valley and hopping from one celebrated wine estate to the next, the only decisions you’ll make today are simple: red, white, or rosé.

After a day of exploring the vineyards, our final chef-prepared evening meal will be waiting for us back at the retreat.

Friday

Kayaks, plunge and gladrags

Floating along the water with dolphins, seals and other marine life? Happy Friday! Once the kayaks are pulled ashore and breakfast smoothies are in hand, we’ll cruise along the coast to get salty and sweaty with a guided beach workout, finishing with an invigorating cold plunge at Saunders Rock.

A final chef prepared lunch awaits back at the retreat, with time to spend as you please before lacing up the trainers and tackling the trails to soak up the stunning Hout Bay scenery.

Linen shirts and summer dresses on- we’ll get all dolled up for our final meal together at Conquer’s personal favourite restaurant; Tintswalo Atlantic. With delectable food, moreish wine, and unrivalled sunset views across the water, there’s no better place to toast the best week ever.

Saturday

It's not goodbye, it's see you again.

We’ll shake off the cobwebs from the final-night festivities with one last sunrise sweat together.
After a chef-prepared breakfast, you’ll have time for a final swim, a game of padel, or simply enjoying the company of your crew before packing your bags and sharing hugs all round.
