One thing we always get asked is: “What are the workouts like?” The answer? Different. Because everyone is different and there’s no, one-size-fits-all approach to training or staying fit.
We’ve created a variety of workout plans so everyone can push to their own max while still keeping a smile on their face. Think functional fitness, scalable goals, and sweat… lots of sweat.
Throughout the week, we mix things up with sessions at the villa, on the beach, plus hikes and a trail run with different pace groups because variety truly is the spice of life.
